ONYX CORRSHIELD 6400

DESCRIPTION

CORRSHIELD 6400 is a synergistic blend of film-forming nitrogen-based compounds in an aqueous carrier system. The product has been developed as a result of extensive laboratory evaluations. The product provides high levels of corrosion inhibition across  a broad spectrum of oilfield applications including high-temperature high-pressure systems.

APPLICATION

CORRSHIELD 6400 is suitable for topside, export pipeline, and subsea wellhead injection. The product has been successfully deployed via subsea umbilical’s and has been specifically designed to ensure suitability for this form of application. It has also been  designed to avoid dehydration and oil-in-water problems in oilfield applications.
CORRSHIELD 6400 should be applied on a continual basis at dose rates of between 10 – 50 ppm.
