ONYX WETPRO 8000

DESCRIPTION

WETPRO 8000 is a highly effective primary emulsifier and wetting agent based on fatty acids derivatives specifically suited for invert emulsion non-aqueous drilling fluid.

FEATURES AND APPLICATION

WETPRO 8000 imparts oil wettability to the solids in the invert emulsion mud.

WETPRO 8000 produces a stable invert emulsion fluid with good rheological profile.

WETPRO 8000 is effective in all types of brines as an internal phase.

WETPRO 8000 is extremely effective over a wide range of oil/water ratios and mud weights.

WETPRO 8000 helps to maintain high temperature, high-pressure filtrate as all oil-free of water.

WETPRO 8000 can be used over a wide temperature range as well as in the presence of most contaminants.

RECOMMENDED TREATMENT

WETPRO 8000 treatments can range from 2 to 10 lb/bbl depending on the formulations, temperatures as well as other  components of the system.

WETPRO 8000 may be required at higher dosages depending on wellbore temperature and drilling fluid parameters.

WETPRO 8000 should be added in conjunction with EMULTRA 6600

WETPRO 8000 has to be handled as an industrial chemical, wearing protective equipment.

PACKAGING

WETPRO 8000 is packed in 55 gal drums. It is also available in customized packaging.

Store in a location away from sources of heat or ignition. Keep containers closed and tightly sealed.
