PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Calcium Sulfonate Complex Grease is a high-performance, heavy-duty lubricating grease formulated with a calcium sulfonate complex thickener system and high-quality mineral base oils. Its advanced thickener structure delivers a high dropping point along with outstanding extreme-pressure (EP) and anti-wear performance, making it ideal for severe operating conditions. This grease provides excellent rust and corrosion protection, superior mechanical stability, and exceptional resistance to water washout, ensuring reliable lubrication even in wet and high-load environments. It is widely used for bearings and equipment in industries where durability, load-carrying capacity, and long service life are critical.
APPLICATION
Calcium Sulfonate Complex is ideal for both plain and rolling element bearings working in corrosive environments, including steel mills, rolling mills, continuous casting units, and hot rolling applications. This grease is also suitable for conveyors, gears, and heavy-duty machinery in marine and mobile equipment exposed to salt water. Additionally, it performs reliably in paper machine wet- and dry-end bearings, hot calendar stacks, as well as automotive wheel bearings and chassis components where strong protection and durability are essential.

PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT:
Take used oil and grease to an authorized collection point. Comply with local regulations. Do not discharge into drains, soil, or water.
STORAGE & HANDLING:
We recommend storing all packages under cover. Never leave grease containers improperly covered, uncovered, or open. Keep them tightly sealed between uses. If the containers are stored outside, a heavy canvas tarpaulin, plastic sheet, or lean-to can be used to keep off water or dirt. Ideally, grease should be stored in a cool, dry indoor area that does not exceed 86 degrees °F (30 degrees °C) and remains above 32 degrees °F (°C).
