PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Lithium Complex EP 150 Grease is a high-performance, multi-purpose lithium complex grease designed for high-temperature applications and long-term reliability in both industrial and automotive environments. It is formulated with advanced extreme pressure (EP), anti-wear, anti-oxidant, and rust inhibitors to provide excellent protection against wear, oxidation, and corrosion. This grease offers strong load-carrying capacity, good mechanical stability, and reliable resistance to water washout, along with effective fretting corrosion protection. Its balanced formulation ensures consistent lubrication, durability, and extended service life under demanding operating conditions.

APPLICATION

Lithium Complex EP 150 Grease is widely used for lubricating grease-lubricated bearings operating at both low and high speeds, including electric motor bearings, automotive wheel bearings, and various anti-friction bearings. It is suitable for demanding industries such as mining, petrochemical, construction, and steel, where equipment is exposed to heavy loads and challenging environments. This grease also offers good pumpability, making it suitable for use in centralized lubrication systems requiring efficient grease flow and reliable performance.

PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT:

Take used oil and grease to an authorized collection point. Comply with local regulations. Do not discharge into drains, soil, or water.

STORAGE & HANDLING:

We recommend storing all packages under cover. Never leave grease containers improperly covered, uncovered, or open. Keep them tightly sealed between uses. If the containers are stored outside, a heavy canvas tarpaulin, plastic sheet, or lean-to can be used to keep off water or dirt. Ideally, grease should be stored in a cool, dry indoor area that does not exceed 86 degrees °F (30 degrees °C) and remains above 32 degrees °F (°C).
